Who am I?
I am a Real Estate Professional in West Central Indiana. I own White Rock Contracting LLC, a licensed, bonded, and insured home renovation and roofing company, and I manage rental properties and sell homes through Emmert Realty in Brazil, Indiana.
I have a diverse background that spans across the military, real estate, property management, home sales, and chemical engineering domains.
As an Army officer, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking, consistently ranking among the top 10% of my colleagues while leading teams between 4 and 180 individuals. My military experience has honed my logistical planning and execution abilities, ensuring successful operations even in challenging circumstances.
Alongside my military service, my expertise in real estate shines through my dedication, integrity, and proven track record in helping clients navigate the complexities of the market. I ran a top rated Property Management company with almost 200 units under management in El Paso after I got off Active Duty.
Additionally, my Chemical Engineering degree (Rose-Hulman 2019) equips me with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, allowing me to excel in problem-solving and data analysis.
